Nine effective exercises to give you a beautiful and healthy back
If you spend most of your day sat slouched in the office staring into a computer screen, with your principal form of activity being a walk to the cooler to get a cup of water, then there’s every chance you could be doing damage to your back.
If that’s the case, we recommend introducing some back exercises into your daily routine. You can do each of the following right at your desk. They’ve all been proven to prevent back pain and improve your well-being.
Sit up straight on the edge of your chair. Put your hands on your knees. Curve the middle part of your back to the left. Then to the right. Do not move your shoulders and pelvis. Repeat several times.
