Hmm.. not that weird if you know the history of it :) It's actually the statue of King Wenceslas riding an upside-down dead horse, and it's kind of a mocking applause to the past of the city and modern leadership of it.

I got the chance to see with my eyes the Floating Stone in Cairo and guys, it's the most amazing thing I've ever seen!
