I love them and I eat them almost daily!
I have never heard about this Keto blog, and their foods. What is this even?
Their burger looks even more unhealthy, than a normal one.
A keto (ketogenic) diet is a very low-carb diet. It it supposed to help you burn fat more effectively.
People say it's effective, but honestly, I have checked their recipes, and they seem to have way more calories, than normal food.
Like, keto coffee is a coffee whipped with butter and coconut oil. I know that coconut oil is good for us, but butter?
The diet calls for consuming high amounts of fat, a moderate amount of protein, and a very limited amount of carbs. It’s usually broken down to 75, 20, and 5 percent of your daily calories. After you follow the diet for a few days, your body enters ketosis, which means it has started to use fat for energy.
Though, the consumption of "high amount of fat" scares me. Isn't it supposed to be unhealthy?
Looks like it's easier to stick to a normal diet, with a lot of protein, water and healthy fats..
Actually, my mother who has tried exercising and many, many diets (seriously, a lot), has had the KETO work for her. She has lost around 80 pounds so far. You can actually see how she has improved. The KETO is supposed to 'cleanse' your body and, yes, help you lose weight. Fat is what society used to claim was healthy and it is how my great-grandmother ate until she died at 102. If you want something that works, it is hard...very hard because of all the temptation, KETO is it.
Have you gone to the right sites? There are phony sites out there that 'claim' to be KETO. You have to look in the ingredients.

A couple of sample recipes are on there as well. Also, you need the RIGHT kind of butter. Not that country crock crap. Kerrygold (Pure Irish Butter), Organic Valley, Land O Lakes, and any butter you would find at a healthy food store, like Whole Foods.
Typically...you just discard the bread. You don't go that far. I don't even know where they found that one. My mom is on the KETO diet, so I see the stuff she eats. You can dress it up how you want, but she just takes the bread off.
I know someone who has lost a ton of weight on the KETO. You cannot ever convince me that it is bad for you. They tried everything and had older doctors laugh in their face, all because they said they had thyroid problems and finally had one doctor prove it. KETO has been the only thing that has helped her.
