The Most Expensive Cake That Resembles One Famous Celebrity Was Made in England

If you remember seeing a gorgeous wedding cake from Dubai that cost $1 million, you'll probably like Debbie Wingham's (a cake designer from England) new masterpiece. Debbie got an order from a customer who has a girlfriend who looks Kim Kardashian. The man wanted to surprise her for her birthday. We think he nailed it.

Bright Side invites you to look at this work of confectionary art that may very well be the world's most expensive cake.

The designer got a picture of the birthday girl whose face and body look almost exactly like Kim Kardashian's. That's why the cake resembles both women. Debbie used rice krispies, marshmallow, 6 kg (211 oz) of chocolate, and 15 kg (530 oz) of icing.

This masterpiece, like Debbie's wedding cake, was as tall as the girlfriend and
replicated all of Kim Kardashian's and her doppelganger's features. And the black icing outfit looks like a suit that the star wore at NBCUniversal in 2017.

The face was created with the help of 3D printing and the only thing that differs from Kim's image, is the shape of the chin. Tiny details count as well: manicure, makeup, and even eyelashes made of sugar. By the way, the whole cake was edible except for the diamond jewelery.

It was the diamonds that made the cake cost that much: it beat Debbie's previous record and cost $1.2 million. The designer spent 10 days creating this sweet miracle. She also baked one ordinary cake that was as tasty as its big sister, we're sure.

That's how the cake and its creator, Debbie, look together. Kim and her doppelganger are both quite petite and Debbie tried her best to take into consideration all their features. Anyway, the customer was really pleased.

What a pity that Kim's husband didn't come up with this idea first. Debbie says that she would love to create a copy of Kim and all of her sisters. It may happen anyway, we'll see. As for now, we'll continue to enjoy the British designer's art and keep you posted for sure.

Finally, let's take a look at the wedding cake that we mentioned at the beginning.

Which of Debbie's works do you like the most? Tell us in the comments.
