She asked her son if there was any special event at school, and her son said it was “Donuts with Dad” day and all dads were invited to the event. Suddenly she had an idea. 1. This woman came up with one creative "500 points" idea.
This mom called her method "500 points." Her 6-year-old was using the phone after bedtime, which is forbidden in their family. She said she was a cop and gave him a 500-point fine. He could "earn" them doing something from his mother's list. For example, writing a nice letter to someone in the family earned 10 points, cleaning and organizing a kitchen cupboard the boy could get 50 points, and doing 1 complete load of laundry would get him 100 points.
