Hello mam, I've been doing the exercise for three days now and just today, am feeling pains by the sides and underneath my breast. Pls is it normal? Am scared to continue with the exercise now.

Maybe it's just your muscles, that are not used yet to the training.
Muscle pain is normal when you start sporting, especially if you have never trained before.
But if the pain is too hard, better stop doing these exercises and do to the doctor.
The truth is that it's actually my first time training and the pain isn't really much. I just wanted to find out if it was normal
Secondly, I don't have a sport bra but I have a good supporting bra, will it help?
Sport bra is not only to support your breasts, but to make sure nothing pinches your under breast area. Make sure you feel comfortable in your supporting bra. But it's better to get a sport bra when you can.
