As for me, the best way to replace sugars is to eat fruits, vegetables, oatmeal and honey.
When I eat oatmeal, I just din't want to eat any sweets anymore. It has some natural sweetness in it, and it's just enough

I would recommend drinking oatmeal milk.
I have discovered this product for myself a couple of weeks ago. It had no added sugars in it, but it's still sweet.
I have noticed that I don't want to eat anything sweet after I drink a glass of this "milk".

I have heard so many times about the fractional diet. Not only it helps to reduce insulin levels, it's also used to lose some extra weight.

Great tips, insulin problems are the most common problems in 21th century, since we have added sugar in basically ANYTHING.
