I agree with your reply to the dry mouth syndrome. I have the problem because I have to take medicine that has exactly that side effect and my teeth suffer very badly. There are some chewing pills you can use (4 times a day) but it doesn't really solve the problem. My dentist told me to eat sugarfree candy as much as I like, but important is to have lots of saliva. .... But all in all the article was relative interesting, because most of the points were little habits we just did without overthinking them.
