I have never read so much twaddle, if you use a personal trainer, he has to be qualified
No body builders don’t use cosmetic surgery, some use drugs, but these days it is more about protein, carbohydrates and sleep
You can train alone or with a partner, just choose a friend that will push you to do even more, the extra reps, lift the extra kilo
My gym charges for 1 visit, a month or even a year ticket, you don’t have to be a member, if you are an ex serviceman/woman, you get free membership and free work outs
You really should take what you read here with a very heavy pinch of salt
Absolutely agree. This article is a complete load of crap.
This article is a pile of nonsense. I've never read so much misinformation! Saying things like "Most trainers don’t even know how to use the gym equipment correctly and they don’t care about safety when working with clients" is absolutely ridiculous. My gym is the complete opposite of that. There is always at least one staff member in the machine area who is a qualified trainer. They are there to show you how to use all the machines, if you are unfamiliar with them. And they know exactly how to use them. Your safety while using the machines is their number one priority.
You should take this article down. Most of it is completely wrong!
No gym pays anyone to come to their gyms, they charge equally to everyone infact I have seen gyms providing complementary memberships to national medalists in sports .
This is such a non sense article .
In service industry they always ask their employees to provide the best service of course they have to in order to sustain in the market ; and and most gyms know that .
And in fact I have often heard trainers instructing not to train everyday as it ll affect recovery...
They insisting anyone training everyday unless an athlete, I dont think so..
They should do their homework properly before filling their news!
