I sleep at 00:00 so my last meal actually at 13:00-14:00 (lunch) and my first meal at 7:00-8:00 (breakfast) I lost weight and could maintain good sleeping period (no waking to go to toilet mid-sleep) no alarm to wakeup)
Before, I used to eat at 7:00, 13:00 and 19:00. I gain weight. I need to poo before bed. And I feel full to have breakfast tomorrow and skip it. It makes my eating habits messy.
So you don't have any warm meals anymore? Or you eat them during Lunch?
Not a meal for me. At least a snacks like baked eggplant or potato. If I eat anything heavy after 6pm I will get stomache and worst it mess up my sleep. I need my sleep more than food.
I'm still a student so I often skip breakfast to catch my bus.. and waking up even earlier is just not an option for me.. I can't do it
Change your sleeping schedule and this will kill 2 birds with 1 stone, that way you can wake up earlier, have more energy and time so you can have breakfast
I've tried.. I go to sleep at half 12 now and wake up around 6.50 in the morning.. It's the best I can do

When I was younger I had this problem. I used to go to bed "hungry". I was too lazy to cook tho
Me too but then I realize how unhealthy it is and stop doing. I was starting to gain some weight
Now I know why I feel tired all the time. Going to bed without having dinner became a habit for me a while ago
