Lunges are so hard for me! I saw many girls and guys doing this exercise, and it seemed so easy at first.
When I tried it myself, I realized it not that easy at all! ?

I love dumbbells exercises, will add dumbbell lateral raise to my routine :)

Same here struggle so much with lunges but she reached doing 3 sets of 10 each with 4 Kg weights on each hand. Trust me I do all these exercises two days a week and my body is transforming. Balance 4 days I do yoga and HIIT.
