I have tried side plank exercise, it wasn't so easy at the beginning, but soon I have managed to hold myself in this position, and I can say that the exercises itself is really effective since it affects the belly and side areas.
Plank hip dips is something new. Gonna try :)
Side plank dips look a bit complicated to me. Should I try to perform a normal side plank first?
Yep. Try this one first. When you feel more confident holding this position, you can try side plank dips
Cross-crunch, side crunch and long arm crunch are suitable for guys too! I will save them :)
There are some new exercises for me.
Will try them! :)
Hey, thanks for this awesome article. I love it! I am a little bit frustrated at the moment, because it looks like i will never lose enough weight to feel "beautiful". I going regularly to the gym and doing also some exercises from this article, but i have the feeling that it doesnt work. I recently came across something called red tea detox. Does anyone here from brightside have any experience with it or heard about it? I read a lot about it on https://rtdreview.home.blog/ and cant decide if its worth the money. I heard in some forums that it is snail oil but from others that it really helped. I would love an opinion on the red tea detox from an expert. I really dont know if i should spend my money for it without knowing that i would lose some weight.
I really think you shouldn't! Most of these detox teas are either colored things to make them look attractive, or don't contain super special. And all of this is just to make you pay.
I would advice you to research detox tea recipes on the internet, find the needed herbs in your local stores, and just make it at home. I'm 100% sure it will be cheaper and healthier this way.
Don't forget that drinking tea only won't help losing weight. You have to stick to a diet (I have seen plenty easy to follow (and not so strict) diets on this website even, I can provide you with a link, you if you want). And of course, moving: sport, walking, swimming, riding a bike, anything you like :)
