Disregard this entire article because SPOT REDUCTION IS A MYTH. Think about it: if you could reduce fat only in the places you wanted then every woman would have a skinny waist and huge boobs while all men would have huge biceps.

Well, can agree here, exercises must be done in the complex, only then it's able to burn fat

or you can do a complex but get some extra attention for several spots on your body, so you can work them out better
