Indeed, they are good exercises, however, not ideal at acute stages of a back injury and a lot of steps are needed before progressing to this level. You should be more responsible in presenting exercises as adequate as people who are not informed and have a condition may cause themselves a worse injury!

I tried yoga bending but it hurts my neck. Probably this exercise needs some experience
