I'll practice with an orange. You never know when it comes in handy. Am I right?
These days we have disposable syringes and needle. We are supposed to use a needle cutter to dispose the needle, and dispose syringe separately. If you are done with the injection, you don't cap the needle you dispose.
Curiously enough, these are quite the opposite to the instructions that were given to my partner when I was diagnosed diabetic.
