I Drank Water on an Empty Stomach for a Month and Here’s What Happened

I drank water 4 glass each after wake up. It was good for few days.

But I started to fell knee joints pain. I don't do any heavy weight lifting nor walk huge amount daily. I was confused there was nothing the diet or I was not taking any body supplements.
