I drank water 4 glass each after wake up. It was good for few days.
But I started to fell knee joints pain. I don't do any heavy weight lifting nor walk huge amount daily. I was confused there was nothing the diet or I was not taking any body supplements. I was very confused becaus doing nothing and making these huge old age issues that occur after 70-80 age was not good.I asked the UNANI doctor he told me that "Drinking water in empty stomach can improve the digestion but the water on empty stomach act as a Poison that is the reason you have felt the knee sharp pains while walking. STOP IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE YOUR LUNGS WILL HAVE MORE PRESSURE DOING TASKS. I Would strongly suggest you to eat even a small amount such as 2 biscuits after waking up and drink water 1-2 glasses after 10 to 15 minutes."
So if you felt morning routine is proven difficult then eat 1-2 tablespoons of Chyavanaprasha or alternatives to make morning routine without drinking or eating anything in the morning.
