I'm 25 right now, and I can agree. I used to love junk food when I was younger but since 22 I just all of a sudden wanted to eat something healthier

my body just needs it

Yeah since my teenage years I'm a big fan of any deep fried food.. I get older now but I still can't stop eating it from time to time. Though I try to sport as much as I can to burn calories from eating such foods

those are the eating habits that were established by you in the childhood / teenage years. Though I think this can be changed.. all you need it some self-discipline and determination!
