Yes, and also I sit a lot in front of my computer. Sometimes I need to get up from my chair and start doing exercises to relax my neck and spine, because pain I get from sitting in one position the whole time is sometimes unbearable.

I have a lot of pimples on my face, because I'm allergic to many things. You don't need to be a professional to spot it, because it's so noticeable on my face :D

I read that sleeping on your left side is also good. Is it true? Or should I sleep on my back only?

It’s not masseuse it’s massage therapist. Calling people in the is profession a masseuse, as I was taught when I studied massage therapy is associated with negative connotations. This is a real profession. You have to be licensed in just about every state and if you want to practice in multiple states you have to take the national licensing exam. So the next time you do an article like this please call them what they are.....Massage therapist because we do way more than just help people relax!!
