Not true. Yes as visitors we shouldn't touch the natives but apparently this rule doesn't apply to the natives. Yes, I'm well aware they're curious but when you're following me around the store, and slowibg down traffic, that goes beyond curiosity. Not to mention when invade my personal space to touch my hand, hair, etc.
