And the only answer to that puzzle [using the # given in the actual picture - 1995] is either it's the room number of a very large hospital (but maternity wards usually are on something other than the first floor, so that's not terribly logical, as room numbers usually start with the floor number, or, in this case, 1) OR that "today" is in the future.
