Wow, #1 is the same dress I wore, it’s from David’s Bridal. Seriously- they have so many size options for that particular style. I felt proud to be among all the women that can make that same dress have a whole different feel based on the personality of the bride. Saw it featured in a blog and another bride that had legs for days (she was tall and slender) made it look super modern and gorgeous with yellow heels. It looks just as dreamy on curvy ladies as it does on taller girls. I made it look more 1940s. Added capped sleeves and pretty brooch-sized beaded shape on the back of the sleeves(hard to describe, I don’t want my identity on other sites so you’ll just have to trust me) The dress has gorgeous rouching, elegant silvery beading, a corset back, the silvery beading at the hip with lace dripping from there on one side. Also, David’s Bridal has a lot of elegant choices reasonably priced. Many of the boutiques we might have looked at had too expensive of dresses. I would have checked vintage shops but that could have taken a really long time as a selection or wedding dresses in particular sizes just isn’t available in vintage/thrift stores.
