That´s true, I´ve neer seen eggs kept outside the fridge...
In some European countries I have seen eggs that were stored outside the fridges in the shopping malls. I found it a bit confusing, though.
I thought that should always be stored in the fridge or they will get spoiled quick
Most countries I've visited UK, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Greece, Czech Republic eggs in the supermarkets are sold outside of the fridge on the shelves :)
In the US, that kind of gravy is specifically called sausage gravy. When you say gravy here, even in the south, you get mostly the same thing as in the UK - also called brown gravy. Unless you get "biscuits and gravy" which is specifically what is in the US side photo. Fluffy, crisp buttermilk bread covered in sausage gravy.
from New Zealand here and we definitely say "popsicle". if you asked for an "ice lolly" you would get a look of confusion.

Who wrote this? And how much "research" did they actually do? We don't call that 'dish' "gravy". We call it "biscuits and gravy". What we call "gravy" is.... the same, brown liquid!
