I'm so happy for her that everything has turned out well. I hope she gets to take the time to soak up every moment with her little boy. I wish them the very best.
Jessie J Gives Birth to a Baby Boy a Year After Suffering a Miscarriage

The singer announced she was pregnant in January, 2023.
British singer Jessie J is growing her family. She and her boyfriend Chanan Safir Colman, a basketball player, have welcomed a baby boy. Jessie, whose real name is Jessica Ellen Cornish, shared the news on May 19, 2023, on an Instagram story. “A week ago my whole life changed. My son entered this world and my heart grew twice the size,” she wrote.
She went on to describe how she has been feeling and how well mom and baby are doing. “The feeling is indescribable. I am flying in love. He is magic. He is all my dreams come true. He is my whole world,” the 35-year-old revealed. “He and I are both doing great. I am soaking up every second and still can’t believe he is real, mine and here. I am so grateful.”
She also made sure to thank those who have been showing her support on her path to motherhood. “For all of you that have followed my journey to this moment, thank you for all your continued love and support,” she ended.
She got candid about the grief of losing a baby.
In 2021, Jessie decided to have a baby on her own. Unfortunately, she found out in November of the same year that she had suffered a miscarriage as she went in for a scan. “I’m still in shock, the sadness is overwhelming. But I know I am strong, and I know I will be ok,” she revealed then, on Instagram.
The singer has since opened up about how it’s been like dealing with the grief and other negative emotions. “I know it’s healthy and normal to have days of complete sadness and to honor all the feelings that come up, good and bad,” she admitted. “The bad isn’t often at all and yes I could go through this moment right now today alone in private and usually do, but today I am here. Because I know thousands of people around the world feel just like I do.”
Other celebrities have been outspoken about their pregnancy struggles. Their stories often make other women facing the same issues feel less alone and help raise awareness about different health conditions, that could otherwise go undiagnosed.
