Gwyneth Paltrow Prefers Being 50 Rather Than 30

Despite the social stereotypes, Gwyneth Paltrow proves that your age is all in your head. She is 50, and she is proud of it. She’s comfortable appearing without any makeup or just in a bikini. And this is the real epitome of self-love!

Every morning she starts with a spoon of coconut oil.

Gwyneth isn’t afraid of wrinkles or aging, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t care about herself. In one interview, she shared that the first thing she does when she wakes up is oil pulling with coconut oil: “I put a spoonful in my mouth. While I’m opening curtains and everything, I’m sort of swishing it around. It’s an Ayurvedic way to remove bacteria from the mouth.”

She accepts her humanity.

All the changes in your body are normal, she says. You just need to love it as well: “I accept the marks and the loosening skin, the wrinkles. I accept my body and let go of the need to be perfect, look perfect, defy gravity, defy logic, defy humanity. I accept my humanity.”
One of the ways she hopes to enjoy life more is to slow down and make her circle smaller. Little things like cooking dinner become important.
For her, it’s also crucial to maintain her personal life and continue building a strong relationship with her husband: “I would like to continue to open the deepest parts of myself to my husband, even though it scares me.”

Being 50 is much better for her than 30.

Being 50 doesn’t scare her, it actually has the opposite effect. She says that when she turned 30, she felt so much pressure to be married and have a baby. Then at 40, she really freaked out. The actress started asking herself about how she would like to age and what she wants in her future.
Now she feels great and has found her place in the world.

Staying young is not just about getting cosmetic procedures, it’s hard work with your mind and way of living. It’s essential to find your beauty at every age.
