I always say "Bye bye honey, see you later", wave goodbye and leave. She always looks disappointed but she knows I'm going to work.

I tell them I'm sorry and I wish I could stay home with them.

I also have a terrible time deciding to go on a vacation because they will be sad without me. Does anyone else have this problem?
