So pretty.
23 Friendly Cats That Love Chilling With the Neighbors
Cats manage to surprise humans every time. People who have one of these furry meowing friends will surely agree that they are animals with an extraordinary capacity to leave us open-mouthed. They’re witty, cute, and fairly smart in everything they do. But the funniest thing is that for people who can’t enjoy the company of a kitty, they can still always experience what it would be like to have one when a furry friend from the neighborhood decides to visit them and check what they’re up to.
It seems that this actually happens very often, as Bright Side found several examples of cats that decided to suddenly show up unannounced in other people’s places and make themselves at home.
1. “It is my hammock. It is not my cat.”
2. “Notmycat breaks into my house through the upstairs window. This is her favorite spot.”
3. “This is my neighbor’s cat. He meowed at the front door until I let him in, then he ran inside, took a huge dump in MY cat’s litter tray, and then ran straight out. Absolute power move.”
4. “A stray that pops into my work is currently helping me with the laundry.”
5. “Not my cat, but enjoys pets and has started exploring the house.”
6. “This is my office. We don’t have a cat.”
7. “Met notmycat in our new garden. I wish it came with the house!”
8. “My husband laid down on our patio after our walk. This little dude just made himself at home. Not our cat. Sure is a sweetie, though!”
9. “This guy was guarding against porch pirates, and then demanded a treat for doing a good job.”
10. “Walked in like he owned the place while van camping.”
11. “This lovely boy has started visiting daily and I can never resist giving treats and hugs.”
12. “You warm and comfy there, mate? My fireplace, not my cat. (Secretly very stoked for the company though).”
13. “Came out of my room this afternoon to find a visitor roaming the house. This is, in fact, not my cat.”
14. “Heartbroken I couldn’t bring my cat with me to England. First day there, this guy lets himself into my house. ❤️”
15. “Took the dog for a walk and as we were passing a forest, this nmc approached us, flopped herself on the ground, and demanded scritches.”
16. “Again? I do not own this cat. I do not know this cat. I do not know how this cat got in my house.”
17. “Every time I step outside to enjoy my coffee this little beauty comes to hang out. Not my cat but definitely my buddy. 😻💜”
18. “I hear noises coming from my car, look over, and see this. Not my cat.”
19. “I call him Prince Harry. Don’t know if he has an owner. He likes to come to visit at night and grab a snack. We had a breakthrough last night.”
20. “Got up to pee and thought I was hallucinating. I live on the third floor and there are no balconies, just windows and the roof.”
21. “A cat just randomly decided to lay on my shoes. I do not know this cat.”
22. “I went for a walk and came back to this handsome boy cleaning himself on my front stoop. He meowed politely when I opened the door and went back to his cleaning.”
23. “He just wandered into my apartment like it was his place and decided to take a nap on my bed.”
Have you ever been visited by a pet that was not your own? What was the experience like?
