Monique Jeremiah is a forward-thinking business lady who makes a nice sum by renting half of her mattress to strangers looking for cheap sleep. The woman called the practice “hot bedding” and shared the details in her interview.

Monique is literally living the dream with her new business.

Monique Jeremiah comes from Queensland, Australia. One day, the woman came up with a brilliant idea of “hot bedding”. Her income dropped significantly back then, and she was searching for extra cash.

The young woman rents out half of her mattress for an attractive $631 a month. She says it is the “perfect solution” for those who feel lonely and poor.

Monique, 36, forwarded her extra income to restart her career and founded her dream company, Diversity Models. She now owns a modeling agency that hires curvaceous and mature-aged models for various businesses.

The first customer who paid for half of her bed was someone she was already familiar with. This quickly got her business off to a skyrocketing start.

She says, “Being an entrepreneur is already a lonely journey as you build a company, so why sleep alone when you can sleep with a companion, with someone with the same discipline and drive, while making money in your sleep?”

The forward-thinking woman claims the business has many benefits.

The woman claims that this earning may be the future for property owners. She adds, “It is the perfect avenue to save money, live simply, and, of course, not be alone.”

“Hot bedding is excellent for people who can detach emotionally and sleep next to another person in a completely respectful and non-strings-attached manner,” says Monique.

She explains that hot bedding is just like living in a room with two beds. The main difference is you share a single mattress.

“It is just like sharing a room with two beds; however, you only sleep in the same bed together, so you definitely want a big bed and lots of space in the room to make it worthwhile,” she added.
