Cornish also took the opportunity to poke fun at the emotional rollercoaster that comes with pregnancy, adding: “Honestly, I just want to ugly cry in public in a catsuit, eating a chocolate-covered pickle with no questions asked.”

The singer, who’s in her first trimester, has received a wave of support from other people in the entertainment business. In the comment section of her announcement post, countless celebrities left a message of congratulations. “You look completely radiant and full of joy. The singer has been upfront about the grief of losing a pregnancy.

A year ago, she revealed on Instagram, in a now-deleted post, that she had suffered a miscarriage after deciding to have a baby on her own. Since then, the singer has been honest about dealing with such a loss.

In a heartfelt note left on her Instagram, the 34-year-old said that the grief, paired with her difficulties of becoming a mom, were overwhelming. “I could go through this moment in private and usually do, but today I am here because I know thousands of people around the world feel just like I do,” said Jessie J.
