Urgent Plea: Starving Polar Bear Desperately Seeks Human Aid to Free Tongue From Can

A starving polar bear was seen seeking assistance as its tongue got trapped in a jar of condensed milk. The situation caught the attention of nearby villagers, who tried to help it.

The distressed animal urgently sought aid when an empty can of condensed milk stuck to its tongue, making it impossible to eat. Furthermore, the sharp edges of the can cause injuries.

In a video, the wild animal can be seen approaching a man who attempts to remove the jar from the polar bear’s mouth using a knife’s edge. Unfortunately, the tight grip of the jar prevents its successful removal. Recognizing the inability to assist the bear without causing harm, the man abandons the attempt.

Later, a dedicated team of veterinarians braved inclement weather conditions to rescue the bear. The female bear was freed, and her multiple cuts were treated. The bear was over a year old and weighed only 90kg.

Under normal circumstances, polar bears would typically avoid interacting with humans. However, due to extreme hunger, this particular bear had no alternative but to approach the town’s residents for help.

The bear is now being closely monitored by local veterinarians.
