Stepson needs to pay for all the food he wasted. Mow lawns, bag groceries, wash dishes etc. No privileges (phone, wi fi etc) till debt repaid. He can cook for himself, he is old enough. Dad can help him learn. You bent over backwards and you still get the kid having a hissy fit. NOPE.
