OMG Karen, why have you deleted this comment?
I have always loved hugs, and my parents have never said no to them. Both my mom and dad gave me so many of them in my childhood. And even now, they regularly hug me when I come to visit them

It just makes me feel like I'm filled with love

My mom hugged me a lot in my childhood as well, but I rarely god any hugs from my father. He is a rather strict man and rarely shows his feelings.. looking at him I understood that i'm definitely not going make my children lack of my love!

you want to say that you think your dad doesn't love you? 🤔

no, not really. I know he loved me and the whole our family. But sometimes I really wanted some more attention and love from him, when I was younger. Now it's fine and I understand him better, But sometimes in my childhood it felt a bit harsh

I can understand it a little. When I was younger my mom was also kind of cold. But as I grew older, I started noticing how much she is attached to me and how much he loves me. but as a kid, I actually thought she didn't love me. But that's not true of course. People just show their emotions differently
