"One plank per day, sends the fat away " I used to go to a gym and the local trainer used to say that ALL THE TIME, to all of us. I love plank but I ended up changing gym. I couldn't stand any more rhymes :p :p

I love working out. I am in a CrossFit team but now with COVID19 we cannot really train all together. These are crucial steps anyone should follow, especially now that most of us train at home without a personal trainer ;)

That's true. And as a yogi myself, I can tell you, maintaining the right posture is SO IMPORTANT!

Not just in yoga, but in all types of exercise. :))

Of course! In all types. But yoga especially it's all about posture, and plank is one of the most common yoga poses :)

Lunges is one of my favorite exercises, and I remember that it looks me a very long time to learn how to perform it..

One of my least favorite ones! Legs hurt enormously when performing it

that's true, but it's very effective, it works the core, hips, gluts, etc.

You should try it but, even if it's hard. Just do small steps at first :)

I prefer going to the gym and push platform or do sit-ups or so.

But maybe you are right, now as I still sit at home, I should probably try those
