Even though there are endless types of fears, research shows that the most common one is social phobias, followed by agoraphobia (a fear of open spaces), and acrophobia (a fear of heights). And while some people train their brains to conquer their phobias bit by bit, others find a way to cope, and adapt and handle them in a clever manner.
