Not enough sleeping for ten weeks???🤔
A Woman Flies to Work Every Week to Avoid Paying Rent

Life can be quite tedious, working long hours every day and leaving aside our hobbies, friends, and even family. And let’s not forget the time we have to spend in the chaotic traffic to get to work and then return home. However, some choose a less conventional means of transportation to carry out their routine.
Sophia Celentano was offered an internship at a prestigious company in Newark, New Jersey, just five miles from New York. She accepted, although one problem was obvious — she lived (and still does) in Charleston, South Carolina, more than a thousand miles away. Quite a dilemma for the young woman.
Now, one might think that the most reasonable thing to do —if she accepted the job— would be to move to Newark, or at least to New York, to be close to the office and save time and money. But no, Sophia’s solution, which went viral on social media, is quite peculiar. She decided to take a plane, round trip, to get to work.
At first, she had to wake up at three in the morning to be at the airport at five to travel for two hours on the plane and then take an Uber to her workplace. Now she wakes up at 3:30 a.m. and manages to keep to her schedule. She grabs her bag, packs comfortable clothes, and brings her lunch and coffee. During the trip, she edits videos for her TikTok or her YouTube channel.
We should clarify that Sophia only has to go to the office once a week; she works remotely the rest of the time. However, we cannot underestimate the effort this represents — her working hours go until five in the afternoon, but her flight home leaves at nine in the evening.
The following day, she can sleep a little longer, getting up at eight to start her day. Of course, she confessed that many of her followers were interested in the financial aspect. So she revealed that she always buys her tickets four weeks in advance to get them cheaper.
The plane tickets cost her around a hundred dollars round trip, the same amount of money she would spend to get around in Uber if she lived in New York. In addition, she would have to spend thousands of dollars just on rent. By the way, Sophia lives with her parents, although she sometimes decides to travel to Virginia to stay with her boyfriend.
The TikToker said of her job, “It has also provided me with a lot of work/life balance. I can live where I want this summer, be at home with my parents, see my boyfriend and friends, and I’ve really enjoyed it so far.” As we can see in her video.
Finally, the young woman shared with her followers that she accepted the job only because it was for ten weeks. She also stated that she might have turned it down if it had been longer, that she is used to traveling, and that she is even looking forward to a work day to go to the airport again.
