Not entirely.. At age 30 is pepper. And it varies whether the person is single, or simply unwed (but still in a committed relationship)

The one about Hungarian tradition is incorrect. Hungarians don't clink glasses when they drink beer - the reason is more or less correct in the text.
Clinking glasses when you drink any other kind of alcohol (but beer) is fine in Hungary.

The South Africa thing is only done in a small part of Johannesburg city. It is not done by South Africans, but by a certain West African group.
Therefore this is largely untrue.

Hungarians decided not to clink glasses for 150 years.

But it's already been 171 years since 1848..

Number one about Indian bathrooms is completely untrue. The only time you get water in a restroom is when you poop and you WANT to use the SANITARY HOSE to wash your bum. It is completely optional and most people just use wipes and toilet paper.

#14 is not true. People in China get emotional before weddings, just like people from other places. Crying before a wedding is not a tradition though. Seems like this article is based on a lot of rumor.

I'm South African and number 12 is a load of rubbish. It's even stupid from a logical perspective. How big do u think our windows are to even throw furniture out of? Can you throw furniture out of your windows? People here celebrate with fireworks like everyone else. Ask our dog. She hates it. So we personally don't do it. It's beautiful at the beach though. Yes we have beaches here in South Africa. I'm disappointed in you guys. I used to enjoy this site. But now you've lost your credibility. I can't believe anything here anymore

Hi Folks, I'm from Hungary and "8. Don’t clink glasses before drinking, Hungary" is not exactly true... Story behind and the truth: at the end of the 1948-49 revolution the Austrians executed the Hungarian leaders (12 generals and 1 colonel). They held a ceremony after the execution. Over there they clinked with beer. That's why HUNGARIANS DON'T CLINK WITH BEER. We have always clinked with other drinks, such as with wine or pálinka (our national brandy.)

And by reading the comments above, I am surprised the rate of untrue statements of other countries as well...
