According to Oberlo, in 2020, 1.8 billion people around the world bought things online. Unfortunately, we don’t have any statistics on how many people were disappointed with their purchases. Because as you may very well know, every shopper doesn’t necessarily get what they wanted.

We at Bright Side have found 16 people that were truly disappointed with their online shopping experience.

I bought my cat a cave bed, after making a claim for non delivery to Paypal I received in the post, a vest that would have fitted a doll that said "I love my Mommy.. I'm not even American, No one in Britain says "Mommy" you can bet I'm getting my money back. I also ordered a mischievous Cat garden gnome, it was a statue of a kitten eating gnomes, what I received was this a tiny creature which is obviously not a gnome eating Cat, I'm waiting for a refund on that as well
