Yup, it’s terrible, but someday everyone has to realize and then admit that they are no longer as fast, as agile, or as strong as they were before. Just thinking about the word “old” can make some people cringe. But there’s nothing to worry about because, as we said before, it is something that you simply can’t avoid. So maybe the best solution is just to take it lightly and even joke around about the fact that you’ve gotten old.

I had this when TikTok was released and I just didn't understand why kids are using it...

For me it was when kids started to look at me the way I looked at my mom, and started calling me ma'am...
Also I really don't get that TikTok thing my 11 yo son is on all day long!
