when it comes to like pants or shorts just make sure that they are dark and a little loose fitting so that way you dont have to get blood on them durring the day

Along with speaking openly and trying to explain how common every girl goes through. Also, I felt we get pants and better they use them instead of pads as they feel more comfortable. I am sure she will be fine.
