A Woman Finds a Tampon in a Boyfriend’s Room, Has a Genius Plan to See If He’s Cheating
One super-suspicious woman has recently gone viral on TikTok after she shared a video of the extreme lengths she went to see if her beloved boyfriend had ever cheated on her. She found a tampon in his room that she was sure didn’t belong to her. The woman’s brilliant solution provoked tons of reactions and people just can’t decide if her plan is “genius or psycho”.
It all started with a seemingly innocent finding.
Lois is a young woman residing in the UK. She made quite a stir on the Internet with her Sherlock-like abilities.
The woman said she was staying with her boyfriend at his university house for the first time when she spotted a tampon and a mascara cozily hiding under his wardrobe.
Lois was sitting on her boyfriend’s lap when she playfully leaned back and spotted the seemingly innocent finding.
In her video, Lois explained that she asked her boyfriend about the “owner” of these things. He, in his turn, denied ever meeting another girl in his room. The young man supposed that it might have belonged to the person who occupied this room before him.
Lois commented on her feelings, saying, “When you find a tampon and mascara under your boyfriend’s wardrobe, and they deny everything, you have to investigate yourself.” And that was the moment when a brilliant plan was born in her head.
Lois didn’t make scenes and scandals, she had a plan instead.
In her video, Lois showed her whole investigation. “There’s a tampon and a mascara under Finn’s wardrobe, and he’s in denial that he’s had a girl here,” she explained.
“I’m not even joking it’s right there. There’s not enough dust on it to be old,” she added as she was looking under the wardrobe to reach for it.
Lois then contacted the company Tampax to find out when the tampon had been produced. The Sherlock woman used the serial number of the tampon to find out more details, so she could figure out the timeline of her relationship with her beloved.
An employee named Grace replied to Lois’s email and told her that the tampon was made on December 11, 2019.
This date, luckily, was before she ever entered the relationship with her partner.
The reaction from the netizens was very controversial.
The new Sherlock’s video has been viewed more than 9 million times. Many people applauded her for her brilliant effort to find out the truth behind the tampon. “I’m not sure if this is genius or borderline psycho,” one woman wrote, while another said, “This is amazing.”
Some people wrote it was a “red flag” and she should “trust her boyfriend”, many users just defended the suspicious woman.
“So funny how it’s all men pointing out she’s a red flag, when women just get it,” one user wrote. Another added, “Why is everyone taking this, so seriously it’s actually very, very funny.”
