Lindsay Lohan’s family is growing! The Parent Trap star took the world by surprise — revealing she has a bun in the oven. A rep for Lohan said, “she is feeling great, and she is thrilled,” and so is everyone else, with countless people gathering to congratulate the actress.

The happy announcement came on Instagram.

Lindsay Lohan broke the news to her over 12.4 million followers on Instagram that she is expecting her first child. She shared a photo of a white onesie with the message “coming soon...”, along with an emotional caption: “We are blessed and excited!” The actress also made sure to tag her husband, Bader Shammas, with whom she’ll have her baby.

She also told a publication about how she’s feeling after reaching another thrilling milestone in her personal life. “We are very excited for our new family member to arrive, and we are looking forward to this next chapter of our lives,” she said.

Fellow celebrities have already reacted to the pregnancy news, with names like Donatella Versace and Amanda Seyfried showing their support. The latter expressed her enthusiasm upon seeing the announcement: “This is WONDERFUL NEWS!!”, Seyfried wrote.

Her love story began in 2020.

The 36-year-old sparked romance rumors in 2020 after posting a now-deleted photo on Instagram with a caption that read: “@aliana lovely night with sister and my boyfriend bader❤️.” Bader is Bader Shammas, a financier, to whom the actress became engaged to in 2021.

The news of the engagement was shared by Lohan herself, also on Instagram, with a series of loving photos of the couple, which she captioned with: “My love. My life. My family. My future. @bader.shammas #love 💍 11.11.21.”

By July 2022, the actress was married, and she has since gushed about her husband. “I have an amazing husband, who’s a very calm person. Just the best,” she revealed in an interview.
