Deepa Mathan from Ontario, Canada, takes the art of making cakes to a different level in her cake studio called Spring Blossom Cakes. Her happy clients enjoy desserts with their favorite characters from movies and cartoons, and the attention Deepa gives to the tiny details is truly amazing. For example, her cake inspired by Rapunzel’s hair actually has a silk ladder of blond hair that goes down the tower and touches the ground.
