20+ Works From a Stylist Who Transforms the Homeless, Giving Them a Chance for a New Life

Los Angeles-based stylist Jason Schneidman is doing some very noble work. Several times a month, he visits the city’s most deprived areas, finds homeless people, and transforms them using all of his skills. Today, Jason is a successful barber, but this was not always the case. In one of his videos, while giving a haircut to a homeless man, the stylist tells him about his own brushes with addiction, which left him seriously in debt and suffering from weight loss. Fortunately, Jason managed to change his life completely, pulling himself back from the brink.

We at Bright Side admire Jason’s motivation. Incredibly, these changes in appearance can be achieved with nothing but scissors, an electric shaver, styling products, and skilled hands. As Schneidman likes to say: “I believe that a haircut can change someone’s life.”
