Gwyneth Paltrow, Demi Moore, and Alexandra Grant! What a team! Three mature women together and not wearing any make up. What else can we ask for? My self-esteem just went above the clouds :)

I think it's done to enhance their faces and made them photoshoot ready. Especially when they attend different events. The more perfect they look on the photos - the more people like them
