Well...the "kid" was 13...so it wasn't a problem to "leave their kid" in an unlocked car....AND the car wasn't running...the key was just sitting IN THE IGNITION.

When I was about 16, I woke up in the night. Feeling cold I walked over to the window and started rolling it in. After couple of rolls, I realized that I was staring at a man’s plaid shirt. I just kept on rolling the window closed, locked it, pulled the curtains closed, then ran to wake up my dad. He couldn’t find anyone, but when I got home from school the next day there was a tall chain-link fence around the back of the house!
