Nowadays, the body positive movement is very powerful and people are learning to love themselves as they are. This is a great trend but, according to statistics, around 70% of women are still unhappy with how they look. And sometimes, it takes very little change for the self-esteem to increase dramatically.
We at Bright Side are convinced that all women are beautiful, it’s just that some of them need a little help seeing that beauty. Here are 18 women from transformation shows who needed a little bit of makeup and work with their hair to become more self-confident.

Makeup can change the face shape easily. If this is the same person.... hats off to the makeup artist. She's adorable.
As does a smile vs. a frown.

Not at all. Cheekbones and jawline are the same, eyes are the same distance and angle, nose is downturned, upper lip is small... everything in the midface just looks tighter because she's smiling. Pair that with makeup and 🤷

There's something that looks like maybe fabric dressing tape on her neck, just below her jawline in the before. I wonder was something wrong with her? Maybe that's why they did makeover?
