I found this ring when I was 13..WE lived in Ellerbe, NC...I gave it to Sheriff Sanders in case someone claimed it..He gave it back to me....It is rose gold from the 1800s with a pale amethyst stone...Jeweler could not put a value on it in 1964.....I am and would like to sell it....
