Cake is an essential part of every celebration, but there is a pie expert who is challenging this old custom. Jessica Leigh Clark-Bojin believes that pies can “go head-to-head against the poshest wedding cakes and fancy-pants desserts.” To prove it, she doesn’t limit herself to standard pie making, but instead turns it into art that seems like such a pity to eat.
