A man becoming a father is one of the biggest challenges a person can go through and one might say it’s equally rewarding. Once foreign concepts — changing diapers, burping the baby, formula or milk — these become a part of the new, normal “Dad life”. Babies don’t come with a precise owner’s instruction manual — thought how cool would that be? — and so it’s important to not be afraid to ever ask for help.

On that note, a first-time Dad needed some advice on how to ease his wife’s life after childbirth, and Bright Side was really moved by how fathers responded — so we wanted to share this story with you all — to bring some well-deserved hope to our lives.
