20+ People Who Didn’t Expect Any Surprises but Got Showered With Them Instead

It’s been 9 years already since we lost the talented Paul Walker in a car crash. The actor, who was 40 when he passed, left behind a legacy of films, including the popular franchise Fast & Furious, as well as a series of good deeds that can attest to his soul’s kindness. And Paul’s only child, model Meadow Walker who is now 24, is always keen on celebrating her dear dad’s memory with whom she had a brief but extremely powerful connection that will never fade away.
And even though she was only 15 when her dad passed away, Paul had an eternal impact on his little girl’s soul thanks to the strong relationship they built when he was alive. Meadow noted, ’’He was seriously my best friend, my confidante, my everything." She continued, “I feel like he’s always with me.”
The model often expresses her love and longing for her dad through the photos she posts of him on special occasions, like holidays and anniversaries. And on his birthday this year, she posted, ’’Happy birthday to my best friend and twin soul. I love you forever and miss you every day.’’
Meadow revealed that her unique way of feeling close to her dad is to watch his movies at night. She explained, ’’For me, it brings me joy to talk about him and keep his spirit alive." In fact, the young woman is grateful that her dad was an actor and that she has his films that she can watch over and over again whenever she needs to. She admitted, ’’They always say the first thing you forget about someone is their voice, so I’m fortunate enough to have his voice in many movies.’’
It’s not just Paul’s daughter who remembers him so sweetly and affectionately. His Fast & Furious co-star, Vin Diesel, also never misses a chance to pay tribute to his dear friend and colleague. And for the 9th anniversary of Paul’s passing, Vin shared a photo of the 2 of them, with the captions, “Nine years ... love you and miss you.”
And Meadow, Vin’s goddaughter, commented on the photo, saying, “Family forever.” She then added, “I love you so so much.”
