We Found Out How 12 Stars From Jurassic Park Look Now, and It’s “Dino-mite”
Jurassic Park is considered a classic when it comes to the topic of dinosaurs — Steven Spielberg created a huge movement. And as we speak on this film, another movie is in the works, but we’ll have to wait until next year to enjoy it. The first Jurassic Park movie was released in 1993, followed by 6 other sequels, which further proves how beloved this franchise and its characters truly are.

1. Jeff Goldblum (Dr. Ian Malcolm)
Jeff Goldblum lives a happy life today together with his beautiful family. In 2020, he broke the Internet as he recreated this picture as his character in Jurassic Park. He also debuted a Jazz album, which we encourage you to give a listen to. He is currently working on a few movies, and as a fun-fact, he voiced Dr. Ian Malcolm in the new video game, Jurassic World Aftermath, which was released in December 2020.
2. Joseph Mazzello (Tim)
Timmy, the smart kid with a lot of books in his backpack, has grown up. In 2018, he starred in the famous Freddy Mercury biopic, Bohemian Rhapsody, as John Deacon. His Twitter bio, which reads, ’’I was little, now I’m big, but I’m still doing the same job 25 years later. I’m a sports nut, including curling. I’m way less cool than I look in my picture," does a great job at describing him. He is currently working on a new project called Enslaved by Ducks.
3. Ariana Richards (Lex)
Today, Ariana Richards’ Instagram bio says she’s a “painter, actress, mother...and I happen to be a vegetarian.” She is a well-known artist, and we encourage you to check out her beautiful paintings here. You can even request a painting made by the famous Jurassic Park actress.
4. Laura Dern (Dr. Ellie Sattler)
Laura Dern continues to surprise us with her on-screen characters — she’s worked on Big Little Lies and Marriage Story, and for both of these and more, she has won multiple awards. We’re happy to learn she still lives her best life, both on and off-screen. Dern is set to be working on the new Jurassic World: Dominion movie, so buckle up and get ready for another Jurassic classic!
5. Samuel L. Jackson (John Arnold)
Samuel L. Jackson needs absolutely no introduction — we all know this great guy. But of all the movies he’s recently worked on, we’d like to tip our hats to his performances in Spider-Man: Far from Home, Shaft, Glass, and Avengers: Endgame.
6. Sam Neill (Dr. Alan Grant)
Sam Neill, the famous Jurassic Park paleontologist, is still working as an actor. He voiced Dr. Alan Grant in the 2018 Jurassic World Evolution Video Game and played Major Chester Campbell in the appraised Netflix series, Peaky Blinders. He is currently working on the new Jurassic Park movie together with his former on-screen partner, Laura Dern.
7. Wayne Knight (Dennis Nedry)
Wayne Knight, one of the “villains” in Jurassic Park, recently appeared in the premiere of the comedy, The Very Excellent Mr. Dundee. In his Twitter bio, he writes: “Actor since 1973, person since before that. Twitter since five minutes ago.”
8. Julianne Moore (Dr. Sarah Harding)
Julianne Moore is still one of the most famous actresses today. She has recently adopted a cute puppy that she named Hope. She has won multiple awards for her wide-ranging cinematic work, including an Academy Award for her role of Alice Howland in the movie, Still Alice.
9. Vince Vaughn (Nick Van Owen)
Vince Vaughn has been starring in movies for 25 years and has dipped his toes in the indie movie scene as well as blockbusters. He acted in the TV series, F is for Family, and even joined the team as a producer. One of his latest movies, The Binge, is a teen-comedy, and the role fits him like a glove.
10. William H. Macy (Paul Kirby)
William H. Macy — or Frank, as some of us know him from the popular TV series, Shameless — has dedicated 43 years of his life to his roles in cinema and TV. For Shameless, he has won 2 Emmy Awards and 4 Screen Actors Guild Awards. He also has released music, and you can give his songs a listen here.
11. Alessandro Nivola (Billy Brennan)
Alessandro Nivola has won multiple awards for some of his latest movies. Today, he is working on multiple productions, and his new movie, The Many Saints of Newark, will be released on September 21 of this year, and we can definitely say we’re looking forward to it!
12. Trevor Morgan (Eric Kirby)
Trevor Morgan is currently volunteering at his local senior center as a companion and shares with us some glimpses into this beautiful part of his life. He has starred in, directed, and written multiple movies over the years, and we can’t wait to see more of him.
